We have introduced the package concentrating on the major tourist spots of Wayanadu, which hold the essence of heritage, history, and a wide scenery of beautiful nature. The Edakkal Caves contain ancient petroglyphs, some dating back to the Neolithic age. Wayanad is also famous for its wildlife and its spice plantations. Wayanad is part of a forest reserve, located on the border of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Trip Itinerary
Pick Up from Kannur/Kozhikode Railway station/ Airport and drive towards Wayanad.
After Breakfast Sightseeing @ the 7000-year-old Edakkal Caves, Karappuzha Dam.
After Lunch, visit Pookkode Lake and Lakkidi Viewpoint.
Night Stay & Dinner – Vythiri Resort.
After Breakfast proceeds to Meenmutty waterfalls and visits Banasura Sagar Dam.
After Lunch, Trucking in Tholpetti Wild Life Sanctuary and Visit Thirunelli Temple.
Dinner @ Mananthavadi and Return.
